Cooking the Covers - Monte Cubano - March 2009 Gourmet Magazine

This wasn’t really a cooking the cover it was more of a putting it together. It actually suited the purpose last Sunday afternoon when I had two hungry mouths to feed (mine and Luke’s) and didn’t feel like a major production. It was delicious! I had another thought, make mini ones on little cocktail breads for great little appetizer at your next drinks party. Check it out over on my Cooking the Covers page.
