Screaming down the A16 with another FAB find!

Mom’s Tuesday Test Kitchen is back and she full throttled it to page 257 in Nate Appleman’s A16 cookbook.  I know I keep banging on about this, but we are loving it here at It’s All Delicious.  On top of it being a great book.  It actually stays open with you cook with it.  What a novel idea.  A cookbook that lays flat on a counter and stays open to the page you want without having to weight it down with cans, beans or your elbow while trying to whip up your latest creation?

 Note to self…when I write my own cookbook I will make sure it is bound at the spine like A16 Food + Wine and The Chanterelle Staff Meals cookbooks.
