Mom's Tuesday Test Kitchen...Delightful Little Clouds!

She’s back on schedule and in top form. Click over to Mom's Test Kitchen Page to see what she whipped up. These delightful little desserts came from the January ’09 issue of Bon Appetit. They were FAB out of the oven all warm and toasty, and pretty good this morning warmed with jam…like a little breakfast soufflé. Definitely one for a repeat. Mom knows a good recipe when she sees one! She's had hit after hit in her test kitchen...she knows best
