Mom's Tuesday Test Kitchen - Hearty Chicken Noodle Soup

This would have been a good one for a Kitchen Competition! Old school versus new school. Mom found a new school way of making and old school classic.

While Mom was busy making the most complex chicken soup I have ever seen, I reacquainted my self with the joys of puff pastry and yes…wait for it…wait for it…Beef. That’s right. Beef. I made a wonderful Beef Wellington just to get my rusty technique brushed off in time for Christmas Eve. I’ll post that later today.
