I kind of feel the same way about pumpkin and almost gave up on the squash.  But finally found my “hit” – I’ll post that later today or first thing tomorrow…before I leave on a jet plane to visit my best friend, Debbie, in London.  I'm off tomorrow for a week so It's All Delicious will post from Merry Ole England...
